Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and in public areas.
Pets are not allowed.
The rent is payable monthly on the 1st or 16th of the month. min. 1 month.
Rent 1800€/month including water and electricity up to 50€ and Wifi.
The rent is payable by bank transfer.
